StemFIT 3D®是一款创新性的三维细胞培养板，带有凹形微孔的微孔板，其核心原理在于利用这些微孔将孔内的细胞浓缩，进而培养细胞聚集体。使细胞能够在三维空间内相互作用，更好地模拟了体内细胞的生长环境。StemFIT 3D®在三个维度上形成细胞聚集体，允许细胞向各个方向生长并与周围环境相互作用，通过扩散和传递为细胞提供营养、氧气和药物，从而提供更接近生物体真实情况的仿生环境。

● NanoFIT 3D®系列

NanoFIT 3D®系列细胞培养板通过实现线或柱结构的均匀纳米图案来提供仿生界面。这种独特的纳米拓扑结构能够模拟细胞外环境，允许科研人员通过诱导细胞调整其形态和排列，从而更精准地控制和分析特定细胞的反应。它有可能基于纳米图案最大限度地维持和分化细胞，在体内提供类似于ECM（细胞外基质）的环境，使细胞的形态和功能更接近体内真实状态。能维持细胞干性与分化；调节特定细胞靶向；多样化培养形式并且拥有专利技术保障。

● 微珠芯片

微珠芯片是一种专为大规模生产微型珠子而设计的微流控装置。它采用先进的材料和工艺制造，旨在利用胶原蛋白、PEGDA、PLGA等多种水凝胶材料，实现高效、精准的大规模微粒生产。具有卓越的耐化学性；精密的珠子生产能力；材料坚固耐用且可重用。

● PDMS膜

PDMS膜，即聚二甲基硅氧烷膜，作为应用最为广泛的硅基有机聚合物之一，、PDMS膜具有柔软弹性，能够轻松实现大幅度的拉伸变形，且在拉伸过程中仍能保持较好的物理性能和稳定性；具备超薄膜的结构特点，厚度可以做到极薄，在保证基本功能的前提下，最大程度地减少材料的使用和空间的占用；拥有良好的透气性，它允许气体分子自由通过，在生物相容性应用中，能为细胞提供适宜的气体交换环境，促进细胞的生长和代谢；在微流体装置等应用里，也能保证气体的顺畅流通，维持系统的稳定运行；拥有优异的光学透明性，几乎不会对光线的传播产生干扰；对生物组织无毒无害，不会引发明显的免疫反应，可安全地应用于生物医学领域。

● PDMS定位

PDMS（聚二甲基硅氧烷）作为一种硅基弹性体，拥有高光学透明度，能让研究人员清晰地观察芯片内发生的微观反应和现象；化学稳定性极佳，可在各种化学环境下保持性能稳定；出色的变形性使其能够适应不同的实验需求和操作条件；优异的生物相容性则为生物样本的研究提供了安全可靠的环境。PDMS片上实验室采用了世界领先的PDMS LOC（Lab - on - a - Chip）技术。这项技术实现了在微米尺度上构建具有卓越成型性的纳米·微结构，将复杂的实验室功能集成到一个小小的芯片之上。

● SU-8微型模具

SU-8微型模具是一种感光聚合物模具，专门用于芯片实验室的微图案铸造。它采用环氧树脂基负光刻胶SU-8作为主要材料，通过精密的光刻工艺在晶圆上制造出微图案。相较于其他模具材料，SU-8微型模具的生产速度更快。该模具的高度可高达1,000μm，能够满足制造具有较大高度微结构的需求。这种模具在微流控芯片、生物传感器、微机电系统（MEMS）等领域的生产制造中发挥着重要作用。

● 晶圆厂工艺

在半导体产业飞速发展的今天，高效、精准且可靠的制造服务至关重要。MicroFIT凭借其专业的技术和丰富的经验，提供一站式的半导体制造服务，采用分布式外包流程，为客户解决各种制造难题。包括以下服务：

● 光刻：将精心设计的图案精准转移到晶圆上，这是半导体制造的关键起始步骤，为后续的工艺奠定基础，确保图案的高精度和准确性。

● 镀膜：通过各种工艺使金属、聚合物等材料以薄膜形式均匀沉积在硅衬底上，为芯片提供必要的功能层和保护层，增强芯片的性能和稳定性。

● 蚀刻：精确去除必要电路图案外的其余部分，可选择干蚀刻或湿蚀刻方法，以实现对材料的精细加工，塑造出所需的微纳结构。

● 粘接：在半导体制造中，用于将芯片与基板牢固粘合；在微流控器件制造里，用于通道形成后的处理，确保器件各部分之间的可靠连接和密封性。

● 切割：把在半导体晶片加工中制造的器件在图案形成后分离成一定的尺寸，为后续的封装和测试等步骤做准备。

● CMP（化学机械抛光）：通过化学和物理过程的结合，对晶圆或玻璃基板进行抛光压平，使表面达到极高的平整度，满足半导体器件制造的严格要求。
